Has anyone bought from Trusty time AS010A - Datograph Chrono/Date Cream SS/LE White Chronos Ven 75?

Please do the basic research:

Check for the watch at out TRUSTED DEALERS here ----> http://www.rwgboard.com/board/index.php?showtopic=60

The TDs will provide you with quality watches and good customer service. This forum does not vouch for other dealers.

There are NO discounts possible with rep purchases, unless MAYBE you travel to China in person and do some large quantity orders

Welcome to the nuthouse!

No. But on the discount point, that's not how it works in the rep world. You can't negotiate a price - the price is fixed, and this applies to all of our Trusted Dealers. Sometimes one dealer will be marginally cheaper than another but not very often and not by very much.

More important is to choose the right dealer and one that will accept a payment method that suits you.

Logan,

Welcome. While there's lots to learn and gain from this place, your question is kinda like hitting a bullet with a bullet, while shooting naked from a trapeeze.....while the fact that you have no clothes on is important, it doesn't help your accuracy!

Take the time to research the watch, then find out which one of our TD's carry it....asking if someone has already done all the leg work for you is bound to be met with comments from other members that may lead you to believe that we're not too friendly around here. I certainly don't want that to happen!

All the comments from my distinguished collegues above hold true: the price is the price; our TD's are the only dealers we recommend to noobs; pick your dealer based on your research, then pick your watch.

Enjoy the site

We're all willing to help but unless people do some research first the forum would just be an endless stream of threads asking where to buy a particular watch.

That and Onze digging up threads from the middle ages :D

I got this site from the TD links, thats why I'm asking. Did some research and this is a very close replica of the genuine one out there. What I don't understand yet is what is meant by these movements. Apologies if anyone is taken offense to my questions, I'm new to all this. I was given a replica, it was great that's is why I'm looking to get other replicas that resemble to real ones. Thanks for your inputs.

Do more work with the search function. Movement info under "Watch Repair, Upgrade and Reference" - First sticky.

Spend some time, keep careful tabs on your credit card balances and your budget... These things are additive.

Stick with Trusted Dealers. Look at the post from yesterday re: time adjustments at dealers, etc. Find the dealer you like - price and service point you like and order a few watches. You will be happy... Until you find the next watch you want.

Watch International has done a good job for me... Next order soon Mary and Rochest, vut many love the deals that Toro (ToroBravo) provides - great watches for almost unreal prices.

Search first, ask for help when needed, but spend some time reading and learning the basics.

Good luck.

Mike

A link to the actual watch page would be preferable, rather than a picture, so we can see the full description. We can then help you with the movement.

As for trusty, I have bought from him and it was a painless experience. But experience now tells me that he is often not the cheapest dealer and most reps can be got from every dealer. So the rule of thumb is - choose your dealer first, then ask them their price for whichever watch you want.

Yes Trustytime are on the list but if you read carefully you will see that you won't get the same backup from the forum buying from them as you would buying from the main TDs. Any of the dealers will be able to get this watch, as for quality, if you read the reviews you will see that people rate it very highly, it's certainly on my list. If you're worried about accuracy compared to the gen then you should note that there are differences with the rep.

Ordered a Pro Hunter matt Daytona Mk3 11 days ago from Trusty time. Within 24 hours I had received the QC pictures and 24hrs later the watch was on its way to the UK. On arrival in the UK it was trans shipped to Belgium and delivered by registered mail (info and update from them was excellent).

So the watch arrived... packaging excellent and exactly as described on the site...

Would recommend their service..

Hey Team,

I just received my first order from Andrew at Trusty Time: I ordered the DSSD and the Hublot Big Bang SS/Ceramic. All I say is that I'm very impressed with the quality of the pieces. The QC pics came within 24 hours, and communication was great.

Nice transaction.

Till next time....
