[email protected] 0 Posted February 20, 2016 Help please experts...I wish to purchase a tag Carrera 1887 43mm with black face and black strap. Firstly what is the v6 that I keep reading? The latest evolution I assume? Secondly, where is the best place to buy?
fatarms 7,759 Posted February 20, 2016 First of all, you've been here two years and you're asking this? In the review section? Secondly, it's an awful idea to use your email address as your username. Third, check this out: http://www.rwg.bz/board/index.php?showtopic=67090 Every TD has access to the same watches, pick your dealer, then pick your watch. Left Coast Guy 24 Posted February 24, 2016 V6 is one of the factories.....they got the name for their efforts on a particular watch I believe. Like has been said, the dealers are just middle men all with access to the same watches.....anyone can get you any watch.
nunu78 1,741 Posted February 24, 2016 Any of our TD can get you one. These are few of my Tags, they all are calibre 1887.
kemalakapak 4 Posted February 24, 2016 (edited) I have found this watch offered with different prices from different TDs. For example: Here is 428$: http://v.yupoo.com/p...lbums/20487473/ Here is 378$: http://www.pf-818.com/-p-16905.html Here is 260$: http://watch-station.co/watches/tag-heuer/carrera/carrera-calibre-1887-ss-v6f-11-best-edition-ceramic-bezel-gray-dial-on-ss-bracelet-cal1887.html 1- Do you think that they are %100 same? 2- Some writes " 2013 Carrera 1887 Latest Edition!!!. By some other watches, i also saw "2016 Edition". So they constantly keep improving the quality. Since this watch, current best quality (from V6F i guess) is fairly old in the market, what is the chance of that there will be another better version of this watch in the near future? I have also heard that there is a newer Version (2015?). Does someone know sth about it? Where to find or what the differences are? 3- I always hear "Choose your TD, they will find you what you want". But, are that little price differences showing indirectly the reliability of TDs? Thank you in advance for your answers. Edited February 26, 2016 by kemalakapak

zedleppelin13 0 Posted March 29, 2017 Soon I will pull the trigger on the anthracite dial 1887. Such a beauty! How do you like the bracelet? I wonder if a rubber band would also look good on it. I own an Omega CRPO with both bracelet and rubber band and I usually wear the latter.
