A super rep collection

Recommended Posts

northantsrich

I joined the forum a few years ago with the goal of seeing how good were the best reps.

After a long and expensive journey this the pretty much the final collection.

Any suggestions on any others I should get next would be very welcome.

I'll give more details on what version they are later on when I am on my laptop. Each one is the best version that is available.

Ok so on to the pictures.

You need a MontBlanc Time walker, Breitling SkyLand Super Avenger, Hamilton Ventura XXL and a Bell & Ross ST02 to round out your collection.

This is purely my opinion of course. Your collection is very nice as is.

What a stunning collection Rich.

You have chosen beautifully, pretty much all occasions covered.

It's funny I think you are missing the two pieces that I currently don't have either (& both are regarded as "Super Reps" too) the IWC 5001/5007 & the Tudor Black Bay (Red).

Thanks for sharing with us & quality pictures too.

All the best,

Mark.

Yup. Dump the Rollies and Pams and buy a couple of pilots, Portugueses and Portofinos (at least two of each), an Aquatimer, probably an FA Jones. Heavier on the Breitling side, especially a SeaWolf or two.

Apart from that you are on track.

:giggle:

Actually, your watches look good. Whatever you like, it's what you should wear. My preferences are ^. Yours are in your box. Great collection.

Very nice. Good to narrow it down. I am still missing an AP from the collection. Every one I have bought has been inevitably sold. On paper they fit my style but in hand I seem to always opt for another watch when given the chance. If only they reped the models I like

What no Fiddy? Zenith Type 20? JLC or IWC?

Me thinks you need a bigger box and some deeper pockets!

That's an amazing collection, super envious of the TC triple whammy! As others have said, I think you've got a great selection to cover every eventuality that you'll encounter in life - so time for a new watch box? As I am partial to a Tudor I'd suggest a Black Bay (fantastic watch) or a Ranger? And you could always introduce a Seiko ;)

Top collection mate - well done indeed sir

IWC 5007 is a must! Black bay is so much cooler than the Rlx. I also throw in a Tag Heuer Aquaracer chrono. A JLC Master Control and maybe a decent Patek Calatrava with officer case back.

No matter what, thanks for sharing! And always think what it would have cost you for gens...
