boneyjr 1 Posted October 24, 2014 "Sold for 1,500" my guess is he ended it super early with a fake bid. The listing still had 9 days left on it when it sold.

kennycoder 97 Posted October 30, 2014 I wonder.. what happens to the buyer? I mean.. you get a fake.. so what are your options there? PP dispute? What if you realize it only like half a year later when you take a watch for a service or someone knowledgeable points it out?

I am fairly certain that PP would side with the buyer... but cant really say for sure.
IMO 0 Posted October 30, 2014 No in listing it says only local pick up and payment so that he avoids pp...
Gazzla 23 Posted October 30, 2014 What a fuckwit. He wants you to meet him, hand over a bunch of dollars and fuck off. And his watch is the same as mine, one of these, $238 from Marvellous thank you very much . . .

avalosc 0 Posted October 30, 2014 I reported it. "Breitling" is not printed with the correct typeface. It's missing the serifs. The dial printing is a tad bit thicker too.

robl 0 Posted October 31, 2014 ok noobie here asking for help. I'm looking at that listing and how can you tell it's not genuine? I have a couple genuine ones I'm looking at right now = Colt and a Super Ocean but with a smooth metalic blue face. What do you look for? The bezal and band don't look as polished as mine. And the engravings look pretty bad. What other quick things do you look at to tell? If there is a guide somewhere I'd be happy to read it. Haven't found it yet. The two things I noticed right away are the shallow engravings on the bezel and square box second hand. As far as I know, that model should have the triangle second hand. What if you realize it only like half a year later when you take a watch for a service or someone knowledgeable points it out? PP 100% side with buyer. You simply tell them it is fake, they refund you and you can even keep the watch if the seller is worried about being reported ha ha. Seriously though, not cool! hardwareking 0 Posted November 3, 2014 100% fake, I used to have one years ago and the engravings on the back case and the bracelet were totally different.
