GenTLe 1,497 Posted January 6, 2017 No. Not easy for someone that isn't pretty experienced with watch movements.
aliveandwell 0 Posted January 6, 2017 But would be easy for a watchmaker?
Mr_B 2,401 Posted January 6, 2017 A watch maker? Definitely as they make watches from scratch, maybe a watchsmith would be a better option
GenTLe 1,497 Posted January 6, 2017 But would be easy for a watchmaker? Daytona mounts a modified version of the 7750. While for the standard 7750, even with some difficulties, you can find someone to look at it, not so much for the modified 7750. They are difficult to manage and easy to break (especially for the modified parts). My suggestion is to leave like it is now, simply don't use the chrono (which by the way on a not serviced 7750 is a good thing to do).

Rx4Time 1,472 Posted January 22, 2017 Thank you very much!if you are willing to spend around$250 for a service I could point you towards a couple of watchsmiths including the one who fixed and serviced my Daytona.
