What does 'happy feet' mean...

I see many posts with people using this phrase, and can't find a definition anywhere?

If they are speaking about the Omega watch they are referencing the Omega symbol. The new symbol no longer has the "if you will" feet pointing up. They are now flat.

Called Happy feet, because the ends are turned up, just as your lips turn up at the ends when you're happy.
