_DC_ 218 Posted June 15, 2015 I bloody love this... Its similar to the skeleton Royal Oak I had before but a bit better and with date complication (aka 15203 rather than 15305). It's too big (as always) at 41mm when the gen is 39mm, that's my only reservation, but other than that I really really really bloody like this a lot! The gen is a limited edition of only 40 pieces, nice bit of exclusivity (fake exclusivity that is) but I just don't know if it's going to be yet another 41mm Royal Oak that I buy and end up selling because it's too big :( But I like it so much.... What to do?!? What does everyone think?! BenjaminButton 149 Posted June 15, 2015 The real question is ........is this the begging of a new era.....from simple DC to AP-DC I thank you.
Boycie 459 Posted June 15, 2015 I Like DC especially for the price..... Just get them to check the bracelet fit, because in some images it looks to be hanging on for dear life........... @ $148 if its a no go, it will move like Jagger on M2M
Piccolo 655 Posted June 15, 2015 Looks a bit busy for me - but at $148 go for it just to try it on and see. You know it'll arrive and then you'll feel guilty that it's not a PP

It's the size, I keep thinking "maybe this one will fit ok or wear smaller" but I always end up selling coz they're too big. But I really find the skeleton Royal Oaks appealing, they're unlike any other skeleton watches, I think they're understated a modern rather than gaudy like most skeletonised watches! Maybe I'll have another go, it's also quite sexy in rose gold DC
Skogstad 0 Posted June 17, 2015 That was a really cool looking watch, Im not sold on the normal 15400 dial, but this was really something. Do you know how the build quality is, is is similar to the 15400? I do hope we can get smaller watches in the future, <40mm

_DC_ 218 Posted June 17, 2015 Yeah that's what worries me, god how I wish I had proper man wrists :P This was the previous AP RO Skeleton (15305) on me... It's a smidge big on me isn't it?!? DC
Chavezzito 121 Posted June 17, 2015 It's a smidge big on me isn't it?!? DC I don´t think so...seems to fit like a glove on your wrist.
CedricWX 1 Posted June 17, 2015 IMO it's appalling. But that's just personal taste. Can't see anything elegant in a partially undressed watch.
BentleySharp 0 Posted June 17, 2015 I have'nt ever liked skeletons. I think they're kitschy. But, I think this Skeleton AP looks nicer than 95% of other skeletons, for what that's worth If I had to buy a skeleton watch, it would probably be this one
_DC_ 218 Posted June 17, 2015 Well I think I'm gonna pull the trigger, although WatchFinder can't get it so hoping Kuvarsit can! DC
