AP 15203 ultra thin skeleton (ish) - very tempting

I bloody love this...

Its similar to the skeleton Royal Oak I had before but a bit better and with date complication (aka 15203 rather than 15305). It's too big (as always) at 41mm when the gen is 39mm, that's my only reservation, but other than that I really really really bloody like this a lot! The gen is a limited edition of only 40 pieces, nice bit of exclusivity (fake exclusivity that is) but I just don't know if it's going to be yet another 41mm Royal Oak that I buy and end up selling because it's too big :(

But I like it so much.... What to do?!?

What does everyone think?!

I Like DC especially for the price..... :)

Just get them to check the bracelet fit, because in some images it looks to be hanging on for dear life...........

@ $148 if its a no go, it will move like Jagger on M2M :)

Looks a bit busy for me - but at $148 go for it just to try it on and see.

You know it'll arrive and then you'll feel guilty that it's not a PP ;)

This is an actual fact!!

It's the size, I keep thinking "maybe this one will fit ok or wear smaller" but I always end up selling coz they're too big. But I really find the skeleton Royal Oaks appealing, they're unlike any other skeleton watches, I think they're understated a modern rather than gaudy like most skeletonised watches!

Maybe I'll have another go, it's also quite sexy in rose gold :giggle:

That was a really cool looking watch, Im not sold on the normal 15400 dial, but this was really something. Do you know how the build quality is, is is similar to the 15400?

I do hope we can get smaller watches in the future, <40mm

I always find 41mm Royal Oaks too big for my wrist. Hell, even the 39mm wears larger than my sub.

Yeah that's what worries me, god how I wish I had proper man wrists :P

This was the previous AP RO Skeleton (15305) on me...

I don´t think so...seems to fit like a glove on your wrist.

IMO it's appalling. But that's just personal taste. Can't see anything elegant in a partially undressed watch.

I have'nt ever liked skeletons. I think they're kitschy. But, I think this Skeleton AP looks nicer than 95% of other skeletons, for what that's worth :D

If I had to buy a skeleton watch, it would probably be this one :)

Yeah I'm very interested in seeing how this turns out. Does the entire date wheel rotate round then? Pretty cool to see that.

Someone recently posted pics of one they bought in the AP section, they called it a 15300 in the thread title but was definitely a 36mm 14790!! Check it out if you can find it, was very recent!!!
