The AP JF 15450 breif review

Recommended Posts

I recently took possession of the new JF AP 15450 V2. I had spent along time debating if the smaller, 37mm size would suit me. Turns out, it is perfect.

As expected the finishing is top notch. The crystal is so clear I can't imagine it being improved upon and the dial is completely mesmerizing.

The bracelet is stunning to look at and feels very well made. The clasp is tight and perfectly centered.

This is the fourth AP I have had. The first, the Royal Oak chrono, was magnificent but wore a little large as it was the 7750 version and a bit thick.

I then tried the diver on bracelet. Too big and heavy. Next was the carbon diver. Better but still to big for my taste.

I almost gave up, but the style of the Royal Oak has always been one of my favorite designs and I decided to give it one last shot with the 15450.

This is the perfect size for those with smaller wrists (mine are 6.5'') it curves around my wrist without overhang and gaps. It is very comfortable and despite the styling very low key.

The only draw back is the thickness is 11mm where as the gen is roughly 9.5mm but if you are used to divers this will feel much thinner.

On to the picks...
