dingle 57 Posted February 25, 2013 It's been a while since I did a tutorial, and since photobucket seems to suck major balls right now, I am going to show you how to upload pics to the forum using flickr. It really is easy once you know the correct steps to take.... I will assume you already know how to upload pics to flickr......so, once you have done that, follow these steps: Step1 Click on your pic in your photostream. In the top left corner choose "actions". Then choose "view all sizes" Step 2 "right" click on the picture and choose "copy image location" Step 3 go to the posting box and click on the "insert image" icon Step 4 once the URL box appears, right click and paste the URL That is all there is to it some folks may do this differently, but this has always worked for me and is fairly quick once you know the steps. dingle 57 Posted February 25, 2013 Nice mate - can't go wrong with this! (I do it differently though! ) hehehe... also note. this 'right click, copy image location' method works for ANY pic on the web......not just those hosted at flickr or Photobucket, etc.
houndoggie 58 Posted February 25, 2013 imgur is a better alternative the photobucket, though I still prefer photobucket on mobile app
Luthier 1 Posted February 25, 2013 Photobucket - just ONE step.
dingle 57 Posted February 25, 2013 imgur is a better alternative the photobucket, though I still prefer photobucket on mobile app agreed. If doing this mobile, there really is no option to upload pics via flickr. Photobucket is indeed the way to go via mobile
dingle 57 Posted February 25, 2013 Photobucket - just ONE step. not really...you still have to copy and paste the url once you click on the main pic.... this is really doing the same

Luthier 1 Posted February 25, 2013 Photobucket - just ONE step. not really...you still have to copy and paste the url once you click on the main pic.... this is really doing the same Wrong. When you place the arrow on picture, it gives you a tab with choices - url (for SB)or [img} (for thread) url. Choose one, click, then paste. One step. TheTinMan 13 Posted April 24, 2014 Flickr sucks since they made recent changes. Not easy to copy the image location anymore. I haven't been able to post any of my pics since they 'upgraded'

onionbag 1 Posted July 16, 2014 Yes Stupot, once you've uploaded klik on your picture, klik on the arrow(RHS), klik BBCode, select size copy and paste the forum code into your post.
Stupot 0 Posted July 16, 2014 Yes Stupot, once you've uploaded klik on your picture, klik on the arrow(RHS), klik BBCode, select size copy and paste the forum code into your post. I click on image then paste BB code and I just get a little box with a red cross in it when I preview post.
