Nope. Is there a reason for that?

Could it be because there are no Seiko reps?

I have seen seiko reps but not any decent GS. Get the gen mate.

I've always thought they should make Seiko spring drive reps with Bulova precisionist movements.

There are no decent Seiko reps. Most are made for being sold on eBay/Gumtree/Craigslist et al as gen and are only good enough to fool the casual non WIS buyer and then only just.

Genius

I had a seiko rep, had the wrong case back and was missing the alarm function but otherwise was pretty convincing came with a full boxset

The GS range are all about the level of finishing especially the snowflake dial, something you will never get in a rep

Or shit for that matter.

Have had this exact thought myself. Although i suppose you'd still have to replicate the level of finishing on a spring drive seiko / credor / gs

GS Snowflake is one of my grail watches, I think it would be very hard to create a rep of the same quality and dial finish to match the gen...
