kingjames16 0 Posted October 15, 2012 hi everyone - been diligently researching this site for my first rep. So far I am keenly interested in: BK DSSD BK Sub C (black) Pam 111 V3 AP Diver V3 From what I can tell these models are closest reps to genuine. I do like the Sub C from BK but I am thinking of going different route as I already own a gen GMT. I am concerned that besides the Sub, the other 3 watches would be way too big for my 7 inch wrist. Also, I have never seen DSSD, 111, and AP all side by side. Which is the largest? Maybe I would choose the smallest of the bunch. Anyone have a recommendation on a great rep model that is smaller than 44mm and NOT rolex?
ks653 0 Posted October 15, 2012 My wrist is similar in size and I have the 111N and diver v3... No problem at all... In fact I had the diver on today ... These two happen to be my latest favorites...
trailboss99 994 Posted October 15, 2012 Na, no problem at all mate. My wrist is 6.5 and I wear 44mm with no worries.
subiim 0 Posted October 15, 2012 The band on the AP diver might not be as comfortable for slender wrists
Kal-el 0 Posted October 15, 2012 The band on the AP diver might not be as comfortable for slender wrists Yup
UmpaHimself 222 Posted October 15, 2012 44 would be fine, but it would be the maximum size you would want to go. A PAM will fit perfectly.
devedander 0 Posted October 15, 2012 (edited) Nah I got 6.5 and wear a upo just fine. Bently looks a little off though. Edited October 15, 2012 by devedander
cwazy1 0 Posted October 15, 2012 I've got a 6.5" and I can do 47mm pams no problem. I agree that the AP straps are a bit too long on smaller wrists.
slask111 0 Posted October 15, 2012 6.75. No probs at all with a 44mm watch.
Hazz 0 Posted October 15, 2012 No issues whatsoever, I am 6.5, and with the correct strap can go to 47mm depending on the watch.
fatarms 7,777 Posted October 15, 2012 My wrist is just a little over 7 inches. Here are a Sub and DSSD side by side
Niles 0 Posted October 15, 2012 Have no fear, mate. My wrist is about 6.75 inches, and this is a 44 mm DSSD. There are no rules, it's all about what size you like and feel comfortable with.
Thang 558 Posted October 15, 2012 That should not be an issue. I have 6.25 wrist and some big watch look fine on me. My biggest watch is the 47mm Graham Chronofighter.
