TLC for a rolex 1570 - who can do it?

Hi! I've got this franken rolex with a gen 1570 movement, which probably needs a light service(oils/gaskets etc) as well as a change of the balance staff, which I have.

 

What I need is a watchmaker who can change oils/gaskets etc and change the balance staff.

Is there any watchmaker here or on another rep forum who would do this for me?

 

I am in Sweden, if you guys know anyone in Sweden who can do this.

I am fine with shipping it within EU to a trusted member.
