Lovely mate, I have it In blue on leather and it is a very comfy versatile watch, although I think the Green Accents on yours might limit it's dress watch potential but nice none the less!

Yeah, I was actually going for more of a sporty look which is why I chose the green (orange would have been cool, too but I already have an orange Planet ocean). I'm not terribly dressy so i think this will mash nicely with my outfits.

The blue on leather is very nice, though. I see that is an older one, is it an Asian ETA?

No its the Miyota low beat, I know the newer ones don't have the date window but I like it as I think it balances the dial................it was a christmas special from WI (read getting rid of older stock) before the newer Date windowless ones came out..............I think the early gens had the Date window but it was soon dropped in favour of the newer style, I remember reading that but not sure if it is correct

You are correct, they had gens with that date window. Those were the Co-Axial ones. The Master Co-Axial ones have no date window border and are made with the 15,000 gauss rating, but still sporting the 8500 movement.

Damn shame the 15000 gauss has "incorrect" rotor. Otherwise I'd grab one from Intime right away.

I took another look at the lume on this thing. It is better than I thought!

This is a shot of it after not being charged but just sitting in my bedroom this morning with some light coming through my CLOSED blinds (aka, not direct sunlight) which was just ambient light.

The lume still fades a bit after being blatantly charged, but stays a lot longer dimly lit than I previously had thought. Seems to be pretty decent quality to my untrained eye. Does anyone know what this blue lume is?

Damn. Can't find it anywhere unfortunately. Only with 8500 markings.

Just received mine. It's so damn gorgeous. Plus I got lucky, my 15000 gauss has a rotor with proper engravings!

That strap is just perfect for the 15,000 gauss model.

People say the brown leather goes with the green but I just don't see it...
