Don't ask me why I have suddenly felt the need to look at watches, and seek out a forum such as this, I just felt I had to. Have had, (having?), the mid life crisis, have bought the Harley, (sitting snugly in the garage and still being paid off), and can't afford, (or justify), spending £1000+ on a secondhand omega speedmaster, (one of the reasons for searching out replicas on the net). So bearing in mind I wanted to check out the potential of replica speedmasters, and hadn't even heard the name a month ago, why after looking at what the trusted dealers had to offer am I drawn to Panerai? All I am doing at the moment is thinking about the bloody things and how many I can realistically get my hands on - including Tat's homages. I have a $99 111 on the way from Robert, a 1950 'fiddy' I think you call it from Tat, and am already considering a couple of Roberts high end PAMs, (see - have already picked up on their nickname!), plus a couple more from Tat. Folks take ten to two pics because you can see the brand logo and chronos better on most dials (the hands are not above chronos for example).. doesn't mean they are necessarily gen. I understand what you mean, and i trust they are legit if you and others here have used them, but things like that make alarm bells ring in my head and put me off ordering from them. I suppose i'm just saying if i was selling legitimate replica watches i would do everything i can to show people the watch in the picture is the watch they'll receive once ordered.
