AllergyDoc 40 Posted March 3, 2009 I'm wearing this ugly muggly tonight. Wore it to the gym and decided to leave it on for the night. Check out that date font.
greg_r 81 Posted March 3, 2009 lol - yeah, that date font is strange - as is the lack of 10 on the bezel given that 20 to 50 are present... The blue is kinda nice, though. I'm wearing my PAM111h today - albeit on gen rubber rather than this strap:

alphakazi 0 Posted March 3, 2009 last 2 pics don't count - they are not actual pics of the watch you wore today you lazy bums I always had a thing for Invicta - apparently they have good quality and a ton of designs - I seen some on the shopping channel - automatic for about $120 - some are $700+ though the date font is defective? or is that a blur from the cyclops

alphakazi 0 Posted March 3, 2009 I enjoy seeing a pic of our reps in different locations - the same pic gets stale after it's posted a 1/2 dozen times Plug and Play digital cameras - come on - how much work it that? forum content > all to me, a single unique picture is worth 100 copy/pasted articles from other forums

I took that PAM photo this morning at work. So there
AllergyDoc 40 Posted March 3, 2009 the date font is defective? or is that a blur from the cyclops It's not defective, it's just lousy. The watch would have looked a lot better if they had just left it off. That watch is huge--a "Grand Diver"--but it's better balanced than the Deep Sea because the bracelet is big enough to support the case. The criticism about the Deep Sea bracelet being too small it right on. This one today:
greg_r 81 Posted March 4, 2009 For some odd reason I fancied wearing my cheapie Flying B today. Still like the look of the watch, but faux chronos bug me, so I don't wear it often. Yes, alphakazi. I took this photo today. I still want the upmarket version but I can't justify $550 for a rep - would rather spend that on two decent reps of other watches. If they rep the new non-chrono version, however, I'd be VERY tempted.

I've had 2 workouts today so I've been wearing my heart monitoring digital - comfy as hell with all the bells and whistles - a good tool for exercise @ under 100 bucks then I messed my day up with a few fine Canadian brews (and counting...) greg_r 81 Posted March 5, 2009 Thursday - feels like a Rolex day to me: This watch is only the cheapie asian version, but it's still one of my absolute favourites. I've considered buying the v3 - primarily for the lume and better bracelet - but I enjoy wearing this one so much, I find myself wondering 'why bother' Definitely my fave after the PAMs. (Apologies to Oscar for the 'Val Doonican' fleece he seems to object to , but it's bloody cold here today!)
