If you message the seller and ask, he will punch the holes for you (no extra cost) :)

It really looks like genuine croc strap with fine finish. I was wondering what is the final price?

Just got this made on special order, 26/26 mm, I got 5 USD discount because I have made many orders so total price including shipping was 50 USD instead of 55 USD

Regular items can be found here

EDIT: NOTE!, looks like this is a different shop than mentioned by the OP

Looks like it is two totally different sources mentioned in this thread, I was mislead by the link to sobek-leather, sorry for the confusion.

Huh I got mine from the link from the OP:

Hi Toro,

it's around 35$ shipped. For a custom made one I paid like 50$ shipped to Italy

I got a similar alligator strap myself. And now I have a very noob-ish question:

where are the damn holes? :boxedin: Do I have to punch them myself??

Yes or tell the seller to make them before shipping, normally done via a comment on the order, don't forget to tell what dimension/shape you need in that case, you can provide a picture of the old strap also if you want it similar.

thanks for the answer. But sadly, I ordered without looking properly at those pics...

Is it easy to do by myself or better give it to a watch smith?

maybe not a watch smith.. any leather workers near by? belts, purses, wallets, leather repair..?

Just get tool like this and do it yourself

I'd make a nice straight line in the middle on the underside of the strap

Or use a post it note to determine the location of the holes and that they are spread evenly apart

To make the cutout for the buckle pin an oval or rectangular shaped tool can be handy also

Hmm.... Not sure what you mean with rectangular tool :( A box cutter doesn´t do the trick?
