UmpaHimself 223 Posted July 7, 2015 I know there are a few of you here (achem Del, Richard) that have joined the club before me, but today I am happy to be the newest member. One of the great things about this purchase is that I was so excited for it. More excited then I have been in a long time. Probably since receiving my first few reps after finding this website. Buying and selling watches has been such a mundane thing as of late. But I was so eager to get this one, it was fun again! Something about a gen just gives you that warm fuzzy feeling. Somehow, all those small differences add up to this indescribable visual aesthetic. Quality is definitely a notch above my Hamilton too. I ended up getting it for $1900 USD PP and Shipped so I think I got a pretty damn good deal too. Warranty card says July 14 so I think I have another year of warranty as well. Anyways, here are pics. They are going for some great prices, then if you haggle a bit like I did it's hard to say no. The gold hands and lume pots really stand out as well. I may get a bracelet down the road if I find one for sale though. What's with the clasp being reversed though? I get that Tudor is right side up but I'm not used to the keep being on the inside.
