Pick up my son or wait for watch?

Recommended Posts

AllergyDoc

Tracking shows my LV Sub from asian7750 hit town over an hour ago.

They have to deliver by 3:30.

It's 2:15 and I'm supposed to pick my son up at grandma's house at 2:00.

I know as soon as I get in my car the post man will come knocking with my watch (I'm at the office and there's no one else here to sign for it.) I'll miss him and have to wait until tomorrow.

Grandma's not answering the phone so I suspect she wasn't home when he got there and he's either been sitting on the porch for 1¼ hours or he's out walking in the pouring rain because he's a knucklehead.

Should I go pick him up and risk missing the mailman?

Since it's from Asian7750, go pick up your son. Where did you find them?

Watch just arrived. It's not the one I ordered. This is a fantasy LV Sub. They've taken the GMT-II C case and bracelet and put an LV Sub dial and bezel on it. Still, it's kind of interesting. The heavier bracelet feels, well, heavier/sturdier. It lumes nicely like the GMT-II does. Def. a Noobfactory product (I think). I can always brush the polished midlinks.

KBH: Some on RWI linked to them. They're selling a white dial Daytona for $143 on their "Razy Sale." Their pics are the same that Josh uses so I suspect they buy from the same factories.

That's a razy price, alright!

How's their service Doc? Good comms, fast delivery etc?

Service has been up to par. Not as fast as Josh or Andrew, but better than Hont, Silix (who isn't?), Ruby, and most other mid-range dealers.

I've brushed the midlinks and she looks pretty good! I'll touch it up tonight, oil the bracelet (though it hardly needs it), and put a little car polish on after a good washing. Then I'll take some pics.

Why so cheap? I thought all the A7750 were $200 plus no matter where you get them.

Anyway Doc, I'm a little gun shy after Jackie Chen making me a little sore on that DSSD.

I think the "wholesale" on the Daytonas is about $140. Last year I traded PMs with D4M's supplier, "Mike," and the Daytonas were $140.

A "loss leader."

Get chicken below wholesale but buy tortillas at retail.
