wombosi 0 Posted January 6, 2011 (edited) I'm planning to buy a nice watchbox to protect and store most of my watches, including the 'bigger' ones. It would be nice and helpfull to see how you guys store and protect your watch collection! This might bring me and other members of the forum to some (alternative) ideas. Thanks Edited January 6, 2011 by wombosi
trailboss99 995 Posted January 6, 2011 LOL, most of mine are wrapped in a micro fibre cloth and then a sock The rest are in a plain commercial watch box. Never had the bux to splash out on a nice box. Besides, when it comes to the gens and better reps they live in the safe and a pile of socks fits better. Col. wombosi 0 Posted January 6, 2011 (edited) I'm already looking forward to see the pics of your ingenious storage system Col! It is certainly an alternative way of storing watches, that's for sure... Edited January 6, 2011 by wombosi
greg_r 81 Posted January 6, 2011 40-capacity Modalo Watchbox. Old photo from just after I got it. The wife uses the drawer. Plus a 10-capacity Acetimer box for my PAMs - not got a photo of the actual box, though - here's the watches in it, however

wombosi 0 Posted January 6, 2011 (edited) The boxes you mentioned indeed look very nice John. It might be worth spending some extra bucks on real wood. Thank you for sharing! These two boxes of Rainer look very suitable for my bigger watches I'm not sure about which color I like best though...
