Robin195959 2 Posted September 10, 2015 Great looking Sea Wolf Robin! Is it a 50's? Not sure. Think it's early 60's. Not sure what the distinguishing features are. Not sure about distinguishing features from the 1950's - '60s, but it's definately not later as the later Wolfs got Bakelite bezel inserts and a date function. Does the movt hack? The very early models didn't. Would love to see a caseback pic As promised buddy

The very early models didn't. Would love to see a caseback pic As promised buddy Thanks Robin. I'd say you're right on when you said early 1960's, given it hacks, has the split line hands and the rivet style stretch bracelet and not jubilee. Beautiful 70-72 cal movt too. How about a pic of the outside of the caseback, PLEZ Robin, your Seawolf in its excellent condition with an original stretch bracelet, especially if it functions properly is VERY desirable and collectable. The Seawolf from the 1960's has a lot of great history and folk lore. You do know that the Zodiac serial killer main suspect, Arthur Leigh Allen supposedly wore a Seawolf and took his name and zodiac sign from his watch. Thanks for sharing this fine watch!
