tesmith2112 0 Posted November 10, 2015 Just picked up my first noob 42MM Chrono. The case seem noticeably thicker than previous non-chrono AP Divers. If you look at the Gen sizes below you'll see a very small tolerance in size, chrono vs. non-chrono. Gen Measurements per AP's Site: AP 42MM Chrono = 14.22 AP 42MM Diver = 14.10 case thickness As you can see by the image below, this noob case measures right at 16MM, perhaps a bit more. My Question: Does anyone the case thickness of the other makers cases (chrono and non-chrono)? I would like to compare makers.
skitter 0 Posted November 10, 2015 (edited) Noob and JF overall thickness are the same. The reasons why the rep cases are taller for the chrono and diver are: - The case back and the rubber gasket for the bezel are 1mm too thick. Phener9 1 Posted November 14, 2015 I suppose reps are never going to be quite correct, so being to thick is one of these problems.

Yeah, it's doubtful that we'd see absolutely perfect reps, but in some cases a minor flaw like that isn't too much of a problem.
