I wanted the strap similar to one baxter got for his tudor but a bit darker and this is what John G created I like it when the customer gives me a general idea but lets me sort of do it my way, much more fun than slavishly replicating earlier straps - although I do enjoy the faux ammos, since I make each one differently, whether they like it or not. Sometimes, when I get a ton of orders that are all extremely specific and tedious, I take a break for a half day and do one my own way - and those always lead to new orders since they usually come out great.
