adlee 0 Posted December 6, 2015 Hi guys, Got a nice blue yachtmaster a few years ago from one of the trusted dealers here. Shortly after I got the watch, the crystal fell out, and the dealer sent me new crystal and gasket. Tried to get someone locally to fix it, said the gasket was too big, tried to force it and ripped it. While the dealer is nice enough to have me ship watch back to fix, was hoping to find someone here in US to work on it to avoid int'l shipping. Any recommendations for watch repair? Thanks! greg_r 83 Posted December 6, 2015 Trusted Dealer list should always be your first port of call in these instances. Katt may well be able to help you out - drop him an email
adlee 0 Posted December 6, 2015 Thanks for reply Greg. The dealer is off the TD list, but time and money to ship it back seemed more involved than just getting it done locally. I've been reading tutorials on this site, not sure if I'm brave enough to open this watch up myself, especially without good tools. Already tried Katt, but he recommended I send it back to dealer, couldn't help me. Any others I might try? Andrew
