Watch (wierd) aesthetics apart, this is an amazing work of engineering.

This video shows how it works.

The minutes are displayed in a “hand†That points to the seconds on a scale.

Wow they also sell the tourby radiomir skeleton thingy for just over 200,-

It probably looks so gen that they have not bothered making their own pics but lend the real ones from panerai.
