They are this way (this pic is of a replica low quality strap) and, to be really perfect, they should be created with a solid plastic insert (that can be taken from the rep strap) hidden between the leather layers near to watch head: For the other mates: I have arranged with the OP to have a custom strap in python for a lady friend who was searching a replacement for her Just Cavalli quartz one. My company have a small factory. Our products are limited. I am the owner but i treat my men like friends. We are perfect team works and all of us are loving making straps, especially exotic leather. Just wait for glue to be dried and install it in my VERY NEW FIRST AUDERMARS PIGUET ROYAL OAK OFFSHORE PANDA (JF FACTORY). Will upload a photos of it soon. Yes that is a good question. It stops me wearing any leather straps when travelling outside the EU, even gen IWC, because I absolutely do not need that discussion at customs. While our labor cost is low and material is imported in large quantity, especially exotic leather is taken from factory directly...etc my price range is around 30$ to $80 only. Our tools is from Japan, Stitching is imported from Hemp Beadery - U.S. please keep us updated with your AP strap. i am pretty sure plenty of us here are interested with the results and willing to help during the development stage. All crocodile leathers are CITES available. I got leather from genuine tanning factory. I normally don't request it because it takes time and more cost on it. I also have alligator sometimes and all of them come with certification. Ostrich, Python doesn't come with CITES as it is not required. Thanks mate, your works are also awesome. strapviet 0 Posted March 5, 2016 Once i have my very new AP Panda, i feel terrible when an ugly-hard-uncomfortable rep strap on such a very nice watch. I cut my strap, take the insert out and make a new strap. Failed for almost 10 straps before an wearable strap. Now this is the beta strap, which is not officially released. Something need to be improved: stitching, horns, edges... Just waiting for inserts from one of my respectful partner. We worked together so hard for this project. Will get straps updates soon.
