Under the Microscope with new PO 42 mm

Hello Everyone,

 

Received my first rep - a black ceramic 42 mm PO from Andrew. I'm thrilled with the watch (although it's not perfect). After the first was seized, I was pleasantly relieved when a replacement was sent out and made its way to me. Thought I'd take a closer look, so here are some pics that I took under the microscope:

Wow, that omega dial logo looks rough! What does it look like at arms length?

I used a stereo light microscope with 6x, 12x, 25x, and 50x lenses coupled with 10x eyepieces. It's great for doing finicky work under.

Wow, that omega dial logo looks rough! What does it look like at arms length?

 

Yeah it's a little rough. It's hardly noticeable on the arm though. If I didn't look under the microscope I probably wouldn't have thought twice about it, Here's a photo:
