As long as the watch in question has a second hand, the easiest way is to shoot 10 or 15 seconds of video using your cell phone slo-mo setting. Play that back and you'll easily be able to see whether it is beating 6 times (21,600 bph) or 8 times (28,800 bph) per second. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
