I use imgur now for photos. Photobucket got to be a pain in the ass. If you don't like the hole for the pearl bezel inserts are cheap!

Did you break the drill bit inside? Auch... What about blocking the case in a vice (using wood blocks to avoid scratches) enter in the hole from the opposite part you were drilling with a small nail (flat the pointy part before) and hit it lightly with a very small hammer?

On a flat surface, rest the watch on a towel while holding it steady with your hand. Place the lug with the blocked hole so that the inside of the lug is facing upward. Take this tool

and place it in the hole inside the lug, that usually works best. Tap firmly with this tool

and the bits of broken drill bits will fall out of the hole. Happened to me multiple times.

TO avoid breaking the plexy, create something like this, which is perfect to keep the watch in place for lug drilling (PS: the 1.25mm cobalt bits, 2.6€ at my technical/insdustrial supplier here: http://www.quadrifer.it/, worked like it was made of butter...) or other purposes:
