Atlanticblue 0 Posted April 26, 2016 The rotor is usually quite noisy and free spinning. I think the 23 jewel is the same movement but some people call it 21 jewel for some reason lol. I might be wrong though. They're usually reliable even though they're entry level, I've got a few watches with this movement and not had any problems.
