Nugget001 0 Posted May 8, 2016 Have been checking out Seiko's for awhile now after seeing a number of nice ones here & fellow forum member Thrichar putting me onto them Found this one while trawling fleabay that took my fancy http://m.ebay.com.au/itm/272234390745?_trksid=p2141725.m3641.l6368 Really like the look & reviews I've read online seem to be good. I know it's just a Quartz but I'm ok with that My question to the Seiko experts is what do I look for to make sure it's a gen? From the few pics in the listing does this look legit? Having been recently burnt on my last fleabay Tissot watch purchase I just want to make sure The fact the watch is very cheap at AUD$125 & it comes from Singapore has me a bit wary Any advise appreciated Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Wriggles 12 Posted May 8, 2016 Plenty of legit online Seiko dealers instead of resorting to fleabay. Creationwatches out of Singapore are even listed in the forum dealer list. Checked them and they don't gave it. Skywatches again in Singapore do, they're legit, been used by members here and have it in stock at less than the one on fleabag. Nugget001 0 Posted May 18, 2016 My new Seiko turned up today Really happy with the watch. Looks much better in person than the pics I think Strap looks nice but a bit stiff. Need to wear it in. Might look nice on a Brady sailcloth strap? Thanks all for the help & advice on where to buy. Sky watches were good. Price was great.
