iperleyr 1 Posted May 28, 2016 Not a long our detailed post, but simply a list of the mods used, along with several photos showcasing one of my go-to watches. Base watch: Seiko SNZH55 Parts from Dagaz: crystal, dial, insert Parts from Yobokies: full hand set Strap: Da Luca perlon strap from Amazon (I initially had the Brady sailcloth which is a better match to the Blancpain, but it was to big for my malnourished wrist!). Now, onto the stuff you actually care about:

iperleyr 1 Posted May 28, 2016 It's a really great 'starter-kit' for modding you first watch. Parts are (relatively) cheap and the mods aren't too intimidating. Plus, if you go all out and do the full mod it looks quite unique. You can also do blue dial and insert, as well as the more vintage looking ones with the lines on them; Dagaz has a great selection of parts.

iperleyr 1 Posted May 28, 2016 Nice watch, I've got the gold mod with the sapphire and custom caseback. Stunning! The case back was the only thing I never changed. Seeing your photo makes me want to buy the parts all over again and make another one!
iperleyr 1 Posted May 28, 2016 that looks nice, man. how much are the parts? I can't recall all the prices exactly, but everything said and done it's less than $300 CAD, so that would be less than $230 USD I think. Which is really quite affordable. The base watch (obviously) and the domed sapphire crystal are the two most expensive parts.
