New week wrist check - w/c 27 June 2016

Hi, Gang! For the start of a new week, this "reconditioned" U-Boat "monster" I recently purchased from a mate next door. Came with a few minor problems, but a low-fee quick fix at one of my local watchsmiths took care of it; and now she runs perfectly. "Monster" because she's 58mm wide (w/ crown), 19mm thick, and tilts the scales at 191 grams. Although a tad on the "big" side, she wears very comfortably on my wrist. It was called "the chrome hockey puck" on RWG for a reason, heh! (AND, in deference to Gazz: blue tablecloth tonight, heh! ) dave:
