Phantomtech 4 Posted July 6, 2016 Hi all, I got myself a pair of gen rubber straps from the AP boutique for my two JF 15400's. The JF endlinks need very minor modding with a dremel to fit, it took about an hours work total for both watches. The RG looks amazing on the rubber, it is now much more wearable for me than with the Alligator strap. The SS looks amazing with the bracelet as well as on the rubber so I guess I will switch it off now and then. I have a blue faced dial as well but in my opinion that belongs with the stock bracelet. The Prof AR crystal completes the look for the gorgeous black dials. On to the pics: RG SS

fatarms 7,779 Posted July 7, 2016 These look great When you say dremel work, do you mean that they have to be made thinner in width or shorter in length? Or both?

WatchaholicMallorca 2 Posted July 8, 2016 Stunning mate, with the mods you did can you still put it back in the gator strap?
Phantomtech 4 Posted July 10, 2016 Stunning mate, with the mods you did can you still put it back in the gator strap? Sure, the mods are not that extreme to alter the fit.

Phantomtech 4 Posted July 11, 2016 ^^ sounds good, might be a future project for me Basically the small protruding piece on the middle of the endlink that enters the strap itself needs to be shortened a bit and the bottom half of the endlink needs to be rounded off instead of how it comes, straight. It is hard to explain in more detail without having it in hand. I also found that the protruding piece is a bit too thick and it will need to be thinned in order not to stretch the rubber strap. Good luck whoever tries this and enjoy!
