purger72 0 Posted September 22, 2016 Gorgeous watch. Was the rep dial really that bad or giving away its rap that you went for swap?
Pseudonym 0 Posted September 23, 2016 Did this Godfather white dial build myself as well recently. Nice pay off:
BenjaminButton 149 Posted September 24, 2016 Love the dial, great fun. All about the journey right? And you clearly love working on your watches with great guys like Kenny. But I gotta say, like Gaz, that the super rep tag is misplaced especially with the exhibition back and a typically less than perfect strap. More power to your inventiveness and enthusiasm though. Dilodoli 0 Posted September 24, 2016 How about the BP white dial? Any comments about it? My TD said MKF white dial in out of stock. Sent from my SM-N900 using Tapatalk

Godfathar 1 Posted September 30, 2016 How about the BP white dial? Any comments about it? My TD said MKF white dial in out of stock. Hi.. if you go back to the first post, I have all the flaws of the BP white dial version stated there.. weak print, and wrong hands.. so if you do not want to get the ultimate white dial version like what I and slaughterer did.. I suggest you wait till MKF release new batch and get the one that is thicker but at least has the best dial and hands. Keep coming back here. I think I need to buy a nautilus or 3... Let me push you over the edge with this pic..
Gmtaddict 1 Posted October 3, 2016 OK guys, after drooling on this topic since the start, and getting all the tips from our visionary GodFather, I decided to have a go, but with a slightly different route: I did a full swap of the dial + hands + Movement from a MK v3 into a BP v1 case. Not an easy one as dial+movement holder size is slightly larger, and you have to take out the rotor to have everything into the thin BP case, but this way I did not have to solve the problem of the dial thickness, hence no issues with the datewheel. Even better, this allows to keep the MK date wheel so the dates are properly centered! So here is what I believe to be the third GF mod 5711: Thanks again GF (and Kenny) for the detailed info on your build, it really helped me decide which route I was to go with! SuaveGentleman 0 Posted October 27, 2017 Beautiful watches @Godfathar and @Gmtaddict! Ive been thinking about doing this project myself, to get it as close as possible to gen. Plus, I've been liking the white dial more and more. Might still hold out for the v6f version though.
