Foxindebox 567 Posted July 22, 2016 Hi Gang, So, I'm on holiday in Lanzarote and decided to take my daughter out for a walk to tire her out. We must have gone about 4-5k in very hot weather when we saw an inviting, air-conditioned shop. And this happened... I just couldn't resist this after I had it in hand. I have a very clean original Turtle dating from the early 80s and I must say that as an update, it doesn't dissapoint (me at least). I really wanted one of these as I am not entirely trusting of my original when it comes to water resistance. I will do a full review, photoshoot and comparison when I'm back from my hollibobs

black263 229 Posted July 22, 2016 Canaries are wierd. Must be very few countries that use the Euro, but are not part of the EU, allowing you to import goods up to £300 duty free.

k4jun 251 Posted July 27, 2016 Congrats to your new watch! I love the rubber on new turtles, I mean how soft are, not necessary how long they are. Plus you just reminded me how cool was in Lanzarote, not everyone's cup of tea but hope you enjoy it. Hahaha, initially, when read the title I thought you joined me in buying SKX homage from Deep Blue.
JR003 0 Posted July 27, 2016 Very nice piece! I love all my Seiko's... Some I still have, some I sold off. One I really regret letting go, the MM300. Seiko really delivers great value for money and all in-house created!
NFleischer 4,355 Posted July 27, 2016 Congrats on the new gen. I'd love to be in the Canaries right now. Once went to Las Palmas- very lovely island.

Bash64 17 Posted July 28, 2016 Very nice example! No collection should be without a turtle. By the way, that watch looks great on a thicker Nato
