Stantondowd 0 Posted July 22, 2016 Messing around with keyless works in clone 2836-2 movement (usual problem of pressing the stem release too far ... Doh). All went well, then pinged the set bridge screw across the room. No problem I thought, just order replacement from Cousins. ETA part 5445, in stock delivered next day £10 for three with postage. Looking forward to getting my DateJust back this weekend! BUT ... When I came to fit the screw it's way too small and won't hold the bridge in place, even though the thread seems fine. My question is does anyone know where to get spares for a clone from? Are they available or is the movement scrap now? Any assistance much appreciated! Thanks.
