PeterWorcester 0 Posted February 27, 2011 Anyone know of a US based service or person(s) that can regulate and waterproof a DSSD, I just received a brandy new $249 DSSD, which is absolutely beautiful but I have one issue with it. I honestly have to say it keeps absolutely horrible timing, like literally, it gains +10 minutes in a 24 hour period. This is an ETA 2836 or ETA Clone movement. My $88 DSSD keeps absolutely PERFECT (as in +/-2 second a WEEK). Does anyone know of a shop or person who services reps in the US ? I just don't want to send it to the UK and be without it for weeks. Any input or names would be most appreciated. TIA, Peter

KBH 7 Posted February 27, 2011 I wouldn't send anything to Kent Parks before doing a bit of research on him, after all the negatives I've read lately . Be prepared to wait many, many months to hear back from him.
