TheSav 2 Posted September 6, 2016 Depends on the magnitude of the scratch and the finish of your watch. I have used fine grit sandpaper successfully for fine scratches, some polishing compound for larger ones and even a dremel and polishing wheel for disatrous ones. The key is to be careful and consistent in your method. I'd suggest trialing your technique on a saucepan handle first if you are are afraid of doing more damage than good.
