SamsonAusKognito 31 Posted September 13, 2016 AP FC diver Great watches and very well replicated. Only AP I have in my collection but it's bloody brilliant I feel you, AP is also my favourite brand. I felt a little bit in love with the Gold/Carbon Montoya model, but Panerai got the special full carbon case ... just massive
Left Coast Guy 24 Posted September 13, 2016 Yeah, that AP FC Diver is one of my favorite watches. That's my choice
Genius 281 Posted September 13, 2016 I actually like the ap for the mix of materials; forged carbon, ceramic, titanium & Sapphire. Proper high tech materials which is a selling point and supposedly justified the 20k price of the gen but my rep is made just the same!
rickyrosey 2 Posted September 13, 2016 Panerai carbotech all the way everyday
markeym3 2 Posted September 13, 2016 I'm loving the Carbotech, very nice to wear ,, this one is with the seagull movement ...
Lagger 160 Posted September 13, 2016 Definitely the AP for me, the Pam it's nice but I hate those rubber straps they come with, and the ap is a regular clone
SamsonAusKognito 31 Posted September 14, 2016 But a Carbo Tech with nylon or carbon strap would change that, I guess. They are both absolutely gorgeous and look like MUST HAVE watches.

Unfortunately those are picks of the gen. The rep carbon is like pinstripes. Not as cool looking. Unless they have fixed it and I am unaware. GoW13 19 Posted September 14, 2016 AP ROO Chrono! If you can wear those big watches, this is the one http://www.torobravos.xyz/index.php?route=product/product&path=18_50&product_id=1625
KarmaToBurn 1,419 Posted September 14, 2016 Those LW Spidolite reps seem pretty cool but I'd also probably go for the Pam

Cheers! Still different though. Look at the carbon pattern on the gen. Three distinct colors in the pattern. Now look at the Rep. just two. Like pinstripes. mysterio 18 Posted October 26, 2016 I love the 616, inaccuracy of the striping aside. Not everyone knows about it, and the ones that do, are more on replica owners than gen owners.
