MikeyMouseWatch 0 Posted March 3, 2011 I was at a pawn shop and found a FOSSIL watch. I'm not an expert on these brands, but I know they are somewhat popular and come in all different prices. At the bottom of the dial it said Architek. I did try to look through certain watches online and I didn't see any in the Fossil show-room or elsewhere that has that on the dial for the type of watch I was looking at. I'm curious if maybe I just didn't search enough, or did this pawn shop buy a fake. Though I don't see the point of faking a 100$ watch...
themoo-12 0 Posted March 3, 2011 I used to have one of those is was the whole line of fossil watches I think that was the Architek.
gtwc 1 Posted March 3, 2011 seems as sensible (and cost-effective) as faking a 10p piece............
crewldude 0 Posted March 3, 2011 If you google it you'll see plenty of results for the Fossil Arkitekt.
MikeyMouseWatch 0 Posted March 3, 2011 Yes I googled but didn't find the one which I saw in the store. Anyhow, I guess it's no biggie. These aren't exactly expensive watches anyway. In fact, I don't think I'd buy one for $20 there. A good Citizen watch is another story though...
gottahaverolex 0 Posted March 4, 2011 Before getting into reps I had tons of Fossil Arkitekt's. I'm sure it wasn't a rep.
greg_r 83 Posted March 4, 2011 There are lots of reps of low-end watches around. Most of them get sold as gen.
