They were released and sold based on the list for reservations and then any left were sold first come first served I believe. Then the TD selling them was removed at some point. I bought mine in m2m. The strap with the mid links turned out to be crap so I put this strap on it. I prefer the blue one but they don't come up in m2m very often so I grabbed this one.
