watchcolic 0 Posted October 10, 2016 Hi guys, I want to buy a seiko pepsi bezel. I saw a deal in amazon with SKX009 for 239 pound+shipping SKX175 for 280 usd+shipping First question is there any difference. Second question is do you think are they good watches to incluse in collection. Appreciate your thoughts. Thanks,
Left Coast Guy 24 Posted October 10, 2016 First, great watches for the collection. Very reliable and stellar dive watch. But those prices are nuts....I got mine used, but very lightly -- looked new to me and came with all original packaging -- for $150. You should be able to find one for WAY under 200 pounds... stevok2305 1 Posted October 10, 2016 (edited) Can't help you with the first question but regarding the second it all depends on what watches you're intent on collecting. Any watch is a good watch to add to a collection no matter what. The watch police do not come around checking to verify whether it fits in with current trends. The main thing is that if you like it then by all means add it . Edited October 10, 2016 by stevok2305

watchcolic 0 Posted October 10, 2016 Cracking watches IMO. I picked up my SKX009K2 on the 'bay.......around £125 plus £40 import tax. I saw on amazon that it decreased from 400 usd, I guess that is over priced :s

Now I remembered that I saw in your instagram. Cheers Thank you! Take note that I scrapped the "jubilee" style bracelet immediately and went for a branded Seiko "oyster" style bracelet.... it was $100 US but worth it in my opinion. RichardMiami 4 Posted October 10, 2016 That is a VERY good price and that is a VERY trustable website. Many members have bought watches from them.
andyboy 5 Posted October 10, 2016 The SKX175 is for the American market. It will say MOV'T MALAYSIA on the dial but basically look the same. Creatiowatches is the pace to buy as Onionbag has said. It Includes DHL shipping but make sure you add a Seiko box or it will come in a plain box. and also as Richard has said, invest in a nice oyster bracelet, makes a big difference. onionbag 1 Posted October 10, 2016 https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.creationwatches.com With regard to the price, well that's relative. If you're in the UK then there's no import charge, buy from USA or Japan and it'll cost you. If in the USA, then you will find it cheaper, but the $ is strong against the £ ATM. onzenuub 308 Posted October 10, 2016 http://www.creationw...-watch-712.html 2 more questions ) Is this good price and is the website trustable. Thank you Onionbag is one of the moderatorsa of this board. If he shows you a link to a site where you can buy a watch it means two things: the website to which he refers is trustable and the price of the watch to wich he refers is a good price. However when Onionbag gives me a link to a website I don't trust him. :P
watchcolic 0 Posted October 10, 2016 Thanks Richard and onionbag for the advice.
