Shipping of watches... Question for long-timers!

Recommended Posts

Guys -

I have one order pending with Lay, then found two watches at Timeshops that I'd like to purchase. Is it smart to stagger my orders so as not to get nik'd in customs? Or is it better to ship all at once (from two different suppliers). Thoughts?

Much appreciated,

Don't matter, thousands of packages get mailed everyday. Your orders shouldn't have any problems.

Unless you're ordering in bulk, I wouldn't worry too much. If you start getting a package every week with 10 identical watches you're going to 'pass on' :thumbsup2: I would reconsider... lol

Nope - two or three watches are no problems. I wouldn't ship more than two or, at most, three in a single order though - it's sensible to spread the risk :thumbsup2:

I always stagger an order of 3 or more watches I am aware that there are 1000's if not millions of parcels but in the end if they find one and simply put in your address any others in the system will show. So in my opinion it's better to leave a couple of days in between shipping
