Piccolo 674 Posted October 26, 2016 Two days together and two recent m2m acquisitions... Firstly a Thank You to wrenches&watches for this very nice RG AP 15400, served with sake on a shopping trip to London. Prof Steve crystal is impressive to say the least. And then collected this morning in from Baxter - a very nice 305 on a country house orienteering day out.
Dr. Jimmy 29 Posted October 26, 2016 Stunning. Never seen this repped on bracelet so on a limb, gen? I wish mate. This is the old SW200 version from several years ago. It came on rubber, but I was lucky enough to find the rep SS bracelet on M2M over on RG.

dave47 6,505 Posted October 27, 2016 Hi, Gang! Because of some computer problems earlier in the week, I wasn't able to post wristies for Monday through Wednesday. Now that the problems vanished, here are two of the days: Monday and Tuesday. On Monday, I wore an old fav. I received from Reg: a nice looking/made ROLEX Sub, an 114060 ©, I believe. Tuesday saw an appearance by a watch having a lot of sentimental value -- a ROLEX DateJust II w. an A2836 heart. It was given to me by a mate over on Repgeek who was moved by my tale of being scammed out of a lot of money from a scammer in GB. He wouldn't take any money for it. It remains one of my favorite ROLLIES. dave: ROLEX 114060 SUB ©: ROLEX DATEJUST II w/ A2836 Motor:
dave47 6,505 Posted October 27, 2016 For Wednesday, this nice looking WENGER "Nuclear Green" chrono powered by a Ronda quartz movement. Swiss made, it's a solid, attractive watch secured from an excellent mate over on RWG next door. Came complete with the box and an extra Zulu strap. It's supposed to have outstanding lume, but I've never mastered depicting that but will try just the same later. dave: ONE MORE:
Mr Stubbs 0 Posted October 27, 2016 (edited) If you're going over the top with a big ol' U boat... you need something that screams I'M INSANE to accessorize it with. Like Corral cross and wing cowboy boots made in Mexico... Edited October 27, 2016 by Mr Stubbs

dave47 6,505 Posted October 28, 2016 IT'S PAMSDAY today, gang; and here for today is this black Marina Militare GMT I secured from someone, somewhere a long time ago. Replaced the awful black strap with this one from one of my old INFANTRY watches until I can get a better one. The GMT is an automatic that keeps time very well and has a nicely polished PVD dial (I believe). The case itself has a nice brushed "satin" like finish to it that enhances the whole look. dave:
