Mr Stubbs 0 Posted December 20, 2016 Busy making gingerbread decorations for the tree we just brought home. Blurry because it's an action shot! I may treat myself to a bronze Tudor from Toro Bravo as a Christmas gift.
dave47 6,484 Posted December 20, 2016 Hi, Gang! This is a continuation of the "lightly/rarely worn" watches I have in my collection. Today, this ORIENT blue dialed Shark, I believe, sourced M2M a while ago, probably here, where I buy a majority of my watches. The ORIENT is well made, large (48mm w. x 14mm T) and heavy (182 grams) but comfortable on the wrist. dave:

Arism 26 Posted December 20, 2016 I like the look of the folded bracelet. Does it wear well? Cheers Rich, got it from Mary for around $60 IIRC. It wears light & rattly. So pretty accurate to gen if I'm to believe what I've read. Think a good old folded or rivet would suit it nicely, seeing how the Space-Dwellers were only produced for a short period in the early 60s. Linen DJ for today. dave47 6,484 Posted December 20, 2016 Tuesday sees this newly acquired DH Gate Omega Sea Master, the watch profiled earlier. Thought I'd take it out for a "test run" to see how it would do. Arrived with some problems, but nothing major that even I couldn't fix. I like its vintage, no-frills look & if the "ride" proves successful, might invest in a better quality Sea Master. dave:
