What is the thinnest case I could squeeze an 7750 into

Dreaming of a watch I would like to make. Title pretty much sums it up. What is the thinnest case I could jam a 7750 movement into. I know the movement is 7.9mm thick...

Thanks

That's with the rotor, I believe. If you take the rotor structure off, it becomes a hand wind and thinner.

I think your question would be more meaningful if you mention a case style, e.g. Rolex, Panerai, etc.

Hadn't thought about the rotor thing, but that's good to know.

I was thinking about a panerai radiomir style case. I was hoping I could use one of the thinner Radiomir cases that are typically used with the hand wound 6497's. I was hoping for 13 or 14mm but even 15 wouldn't be too bad. I guess if I have to do a little grinding that wouldn't be the end of the world.

What do you think?
