Got the JLC and it was a bit "meh". Go for the Blancpain.

Muddying the waters yes , but what does emerge is that they are both fantastic watches. The simple answer is that I need to get both.

Still working out which one to get first though . I'm leaning towards the blancpain but the pendulum may yet swing

Here's an even better idea.

Get the FF.

Then signup for VIP membership of this forum which you are getting so much benefit from, thereby entering into a draw for a JLC NSD.

If you win you've saved yourself a bunch, if not then you buy it anyway and both you and the forum benefit.

Simples

This is what you should do !

ZF just came out with a FF that has the deployment clasp. Be sure to consider this one too...

https://www.intime01...xtra-strap.html

Was gonna get the noob from toro . Not sure what the difference is

This watch just became available so there is not a lot of info but it may be better than the noob. It also has a deployment buckle as well as the standard buckle. There is some discussion on RWI regarding this release but the jury is still out.

This is a quote from a guy on RWI regarding this watch... I have no incite or expertise regarding this comment.

hello guys, just compared BPFF from noob v1 and zf (pictures from puretime website) and my real noob v2.

I saw that zf case from side view is not like the original - the line between lugs and case is not like a circle and is more straight, like 2 lines

Also datewheel number 28 do not look like gen one, noob looks better...

That's a bold choice... not many can pull off a watch above the cuff without looking like a country bumpkin, For Agnelli that's less of a style choice than it is a bona fide 'quirk'. But if you can, then why not? Make sure to get some knit ties and an impeccably tailored suit to complete the ensemble.

I still think his style was contrived. He certainly liked to give the impression it was all just effortless though
