dave47 6,505 Posted May 20, 2017 Hi, Gang! An exasperating night tonight just trying to gain access here and to other sites. For today, a Friday "two-fer," except this time with some really old watch history: the first watch today is this very OLD Seiko Flightmaster Chronograph I purchased around the turn of the 21st century for a nice sum; the last time I wore it was during the '02-'03 academic year at The College; since then, I put it into its watchbox -- then forgot about it for the next 15 years or so. Today, I stumbled upon it; pushed down on the crown (quartz movement) and she fired right up; all the chrono functions operate and reset the way they should. I was amazed; the next watch is also an oldie, back in the early 2000s before I was even aware of RWI. Purchased from a now defunct rep watch site, this ROLEX COLAMARINER cost letter but had performed like a champ. Last time I wore it was years ago.
