Genius 281 Posted May 25, 2017 Just now I found an article explaining (to someone as stupid as myself) how the strap mechanism works. I am not impressed... http://forum.tz-uk.c...nox-Inox-Carbon I think I actually prefer the Victorinox to the Breit in that review http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-Swiss-Army-I-N-O-X-Carbon-Swiss-Quartz-Mens-Watch-241776-/152553368929?hash=item2384e3ad61:g:eQAAAOSwPh5ZHg0l
Left Coast Guy 24 Posted May 26, 2017 This could be repped really cheaply and looks awesome at 150 quid but fuck me to spunk over 1500 on the twat no way José Yeah, I'm with you.....like the idea of it as a cheap rep....
Slink73 6 Posted May 26, 2017 ^ that's the only way you buy this. Normally I am in the you can buy what you want camp but fuck me it's fifteen hundred quid. Most modern semi-decent quartz watches are so accurate to be 10x more so isn't special, it's pointless. I also get specialist materials - like metal in turbines that withstand temps that in theory should melt (I can go uber geek on this) - but what's the point in some super plastic that makes a watch weigh less, yet look like super light swatch plastic anyway? Pointless watch at a horrendous price. Pay for quality engineering that means something, or buy a g-shock... Hurrah: booze 1 - polite post - 0 Just getting started
GC 4,504 Posted May 26, 2017 Q: am I buying a plastic battery watch? A: I hope not

Hurrah: booze 1 - polite post - 0 Just getting started Unfortunately I cannot pull off a G Shock, and honestly the only thing holding me back from buying this is the pos strap changing system. I would be paying almost the same for this watch as servicing my PAM372 which I think I will sell soon anyways. Long story short, I got bitten by the novelty bug for a while and wanted something new. But I will not buy this.
GC 4,504 Posted May 26, 2017 A System 51 from Swatch is more interesting than this , and I mean that in a positive way. Have you handled a 51? Just a suggestion

Just a suggestion Ive had two, extremely fascinating watch although one broke down on me and the others rotor was ridiculously loud. Not a comfortable watch for me. I wouldn't mind another search thoug, I am just not seeing any I like on their website at the moment.
