Slink73 6 Posted June 6, 2017 Lesson very definitely learnt - but that's the problem with booze, late night and this forum: it can make you think you're being tempting & seductive, the funniest chap on the face of the earth and then you wake to find you've dropped the laptop off your lap and you've dribbled so much onto your shoulder you wonder if you somehow pissed on yourself. So closing this thread out, here is a very nice watch, bought through M2M, from a very fabulous seller & experienced poster here on this fabulously funny and sometimes quite rightfully so, belligerent forum! And after all of this further apologies but with a hangover, iphone and a 6 something start I only ended up with ok pics.... Slink73 6 Posted June 6, 2017 Just the right amount of vintage if you ask me, although open to further suggestions. I know the red hand is an anomaly but in the flesh it really does make a difference. Weirdly not so sure about the gunny strap which is beautifully soft and photographs well, but is just too light on my skin. Do I gently stain the leather darker maybe? I am thinking a watch of this age would have yellowed or scratched, especially considering the state of the bezel, but I am more than happy to wear that as it is, as I am no way taking a chisel to this beauty!
